“I just finished the first chapter of “A Town’s Nightmare,” and it’s already got me hooked! The author does a great job of setting a spooky atmosphere in a small 1857 mill town. The peaceful start with townspeople going about their daily lives makes the sudden shift to horror even more gripping. One of the standout moments is when Helen discovers Gerald’s body in the barn. it’s genuinely chilling and sets the stage for the mystery. Another notable scene is the gathering at Finney’s café, where the townspeople react to the horrific event, showing a mix of fear, suspicion, and confusion.”
